Every organisation exists in a context. The ensemble of its people, its culture and structures, its expertise and knowledge, its environment, its socio-economic setting, the markets it operates in and society at large. It is a layered picture of diverse, yet interconnected aspects.

For Stordes whose aim it is to enrich the palette of acting of an organisation for its meaning to be enhanced, that context holds unseen possibilities.

Unveiling these treasures requires creating a singular image of that context, the critical context. Not so much the analysis, but a specific enhancement of the particular elements that uniquely colour the organisational context is key.

The projection, in this regard, is an important concept which allows the discovery of determining images of the reality of the organisation and its context.
